Things to remember about turning 30


Cocoa dusted Belgian truffles
Crepes and sausage for breakfast
Meghan babysitting so we could leave early
Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki from Subway
Granny and Papa Greg babysitting
Walking around the Sunken Gardens

Eating at Johnny's Restaurant -The one place open in the ghost town of Lava on a Thursday.
More big meals than I'm used to.  And a sick tummy.
Staying at the 'haunted' Lava Hot Springs Inn {old vet hospital}
Our room: No closet. No bathroom. No TV {& not a good enough wifi connection to stream Netflicks on the iPad}
Cocoa dusted Belgian truffles
The train that rattled the windows and came by more than once.
Soaking in the mineral pools 3 different times
Sleeping so deep the train didn't wake me and I didn't hear the snoring man next door. Homemade breakfast Buffett.   So- so.
Jason going hunting with his dad.
Waking up to a Pepsi and birthday card from Mom and Dad T
Making blue cinnabon pancakes and frosting glaze
Cami babysitting so I could go to Lagoon kidless
Cocoa dusted Belgian truffles
Eating at KFC all. by. myself.
Being the third wheel with Jake and his date... until we picked up Cheyne :)
Having a BLAST at Lagoon with Cheyne and family
My favorite Meal on Sunday at Mom and Dad's {Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Peas and Fried Chicken}
My Awesome Cake: brownie batter, poured over Oreo's, arranged over cookie dough ...

The cake was melting ALL the candles. Yep all 30. No, I am NOT old!
