How many men does it take to do the little girl's hair?

Bought her a 24 piece puzzle at DI. It was 'lenticular' so it has 2 pictures and she couldn't do it. Gave in and bought another one at the dollar store. Puzzle was 24 pieces but there were at least 30 in the box. Still not all the right pieces! She was disgusted.  Later that night while her dad took her back to the store to exchange her 'busted' puzzle the neighbor showed up with a pack of puzzles for her too. Now she's loaded! We have awesome neighbors!

Baby Thompson #3. Due end of April 2014.

First time she wrote her name all by herself.  Her Uncle Matt was proud! {Yes it's backwards... not a flipped photo!}

1st Day of 1st Grade

He was pretty stinkin' excited.

 

 Ella had a LONG day.  I tried entertaining her with anything possible!  Early in the day it was "Does he have ta go EVERYDAY??" Later it was "Can he go again tomorrow?" Oops. Spoiled her a bit.

His report: "1st Grade is hard work! Recess was so short and it was SO hot with only 2 wimpy fans NOT blowing on us kids." He WAS all smiles.  Even after getting on the wrong bus home! Later I think he had a migraine. 

How he felt on the first day assignment: "I fil hot."

What does he want to learn this year? "I wont to lrn abaoot the sun"
