Causing one to be unable to remember...

Everyone at work keeps telling me, “It’s okay Kate, you’re pregnant” whenever I mess up, and I’m starting to hear it a lot! I feel like the little guy is sucking out my brain! For instance today… or was it yesterday... I was asked if I would be offended if someone took down the Getting to Know You Wall… because it’s been months since I remembered to do it and 2 out of 3 of the agents that were featured don’t even work here anymore! I keep forgetting to do it! I wonder how many things there are that I usually do that they are just over looking because I am so forgetful these days! So when I saw this cartoon I totally related…

It's a Boy!!!

He is perfect. A little man. Everything looked wonderful, and we are SO Excited!!!
Here he is at 9 1/2 inches and 14 oz... almost a pound!

It's Finally Friday!

I waited all week for this day; I can not worry about work for 2 whole days now. I know the weekend will go by way to fast and I am anxious to get to it, so this may be a brief post, but hey at least it’s posted... better than I did the past couple of weeks!!

Only 4 more days till we find out the gender of the baby! We are so excited; I don’t know what I’ll be worth at work that day! But Jason has taken it off work so he can be there then I’m going to make him celebrate Valentine’s Day with me!

I have to say I missed Cheyne’s call this week to ask me how big the baby was, she usually calls and say’s what food is it as big as now? This week it didn’t actually say but here’s the update:

20 Weeks Half Way!!

Our baby weighs about 10 ½ ounces now. It’s around 6 1/2 inches long from head to bottom, and about 10 inches from head to heel. (For the first 20 weeks, we use measurements taken from the top of the baby's head to her bottom known as the "crown to rump" measurement. After that, we use measurements from head to toe. This is because a baby's legs are curled up against it’s torso during the first half of pregnancy and are very hard to measure.)
